Having been with Anderson Planners for many many years, we have had no reason to complain about the service provided, for which we feel the fees are justified.  Having a financial adviser means we don’t need to spend time following markets (for which specialist knowledge is required) and trying to guess (without education) what the future holds in terms of finance.  The recommendations provided always appear to be spot-on, the reviews are regular with diligent follow-up and appointment reminders and the team always available and willing to help even if the adviser sought is away from the office.

Whilst my dealings with Anderson Planners have been limited I have valued Terry’s advice and concern for my welfare…(financial and personal).  The team has been friendly, objective and proactive and I look forward to dealing with you more in the future.  When I first came to Anderson Planners I was in the process of “winding up” a past investment portfolio because of changed personal circumstances.  I found Terry’s advice timely, supportive and indicated he was acting in my best short term interest not his.  The support that I have received came at a time when there was not necessarily any personal gain to be made by Anderson Planners except to establish a relationship that could result in future business.  Terry was empathetic and supportive to my immediate needs.  There was no pressure from him to immediately enter into business activity.

A long association with Anderson Planners (Terry in particular) beginning when he first associated himself with my parent in-laws, his knowledge and understanding of their financial needs and his care and patience with them was looked upon by me with a sense of thankfulness and gratitude.  When we came to a decision to work with a financial planner there was never a moment of hesitation that Terry and his team would be the right ones to deal with.  This was absolutely the correct choice – Anderson planners have always kept us informed of the highs and lows of the financial situation in relation to our investments.  Yes, like all investors we have made some excellent gains and some terrible losses but always kept our faith that Anderson Planners would give us the appropriate advise and honest opinion of choices that we could look at and direction of what we could do to maintain healthy investments.  They now also look after our 2 sons investments (3rd generation of our family).  This is a testament to their knowledge of the financial markets, duty of care to their investors and honesty and integrity that Anderson Planners have.


We have been with Anderson Planners for many years now and have been more extremely satisfied with the service.  Nothing is ever hidden from us and even with the downturn we are kept informed of best possible ways of going to meet our individual needs and financial security.  My husband to retire prematurely due to ill health and Anderson Planners were quick to provide best ways to help us obtain all benefit entitlements.  Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Terry to follow up for us.  Initially we wanted to pay our mortgage off sooner than later and with the assistance of Andersons were able to achieve that goal.  Follow up visits are planned well in advance and any other contact we have made Anderson Planners have got back to us in a timely manner.  Overall excellent service and feel they really care about us as clients.
